Owner, Julie Crist, had a dream 5 years ago:  To start her very own tot shop.  With a love for tots and a passion for food, she set out on a quest to make this dream come true.  In March 2013, with nothing but a food cart and this dream, she hit the streets of Philadelphia and has grown the business to be one of the favorite carts in the area!
